Slaughter and May advised GE Healthcare on its acquisition of Puridify Limited

Slaughter and May advised GE Healthcare on its acquisition of Puridify Limited, a bioprocessing start-up developing a purification technology for biopharmaceutical production.  Since its founding in 2014, Puridify Limited has been privately funded by venture capital investors Touchstone Innovations and SR One, with additional support from University College London Business.  The entire issued share capital of Puridify Limited was acquired by a special purpose entity from the founders, participating management and venture capital investors. 

Slaughter and May assisted GE Healthcare’s in-house legal team which was led by Raul Grable, Executive Counsel – Mergers and Acquisitions.
