Attending the conference
All visitors entering the United Kingdom must present a valid passport which is valid for at least a further six months. To check if you need a visa prior to travel please check the UK government website.
If you require a visa, you will need to apply for a Standard Visitor Visa. You can apply for this online. The earliest you can apply for this visa is three months before your date of travel but we strongly advise that you apply at the earliest opportunity. The cost of the application is £89.
If you require an invitation letter outlining the purpose of your visit in order to apply for your visa, please advise us using the registration form.
Visitors must also have outgoing travel documents and evidence of sufficient funds to finance their stay.

The main airports that service London are London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London City and London Stansted. It is easy to travel into central London from any of these airports but travel times will vary. Please click the links above to get further information on how to get to and from the airport.
