William specialises in corporate finance, including securities issues and mergers and acquisitions, acting for a number of major corporate clients on a wide range of transactions and advisory matters. He has been an editor of 'Weinberg & Blank on Takeovers' since March 1995.

William is Chairman of the City of London Law Society Company Law Committee.
