Sarah has experience in a wide range of banking and finance transactions. She has advised on bilateral and syndicated loans, acquisition financing, securitisations and structured financing and also has experience in advising corporate trustees in relation to capital markets issues.
Sarah advises on corporate recovery and insolvency matters and has worked on both international and domestic restructurings.
