Sarah advises on a diverse range of commercial disputes, usually of a substantial, complex nature.

Her recent work includes advising:

• MAN AG in its successful claim against a subsidiary of Daimler Chrysler in relation to MAN's acquisition of the English truck manufacturer ERF
• Marks and Spencer in obtaining an injunction precluding Freshfields from acting for a potential bidder for Marks and Spencer shares
• Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and Sempra Metals Limited as test cases brought under the Advance Corporation Tax Group Litigation Order challenging the applicable limitation period for claims made in respect of mistake of law and establishing that compound interest should be awarded as compensation for the wrongful payments of ACT
  

In the financial regulation field, Sarah has advised a number of financial and commercial organisations on enforcement and disciplinary actions brought against them by regulatory bodies and has extensive experience in advising life offices and independent financial advisers in relation to mis-selling issues.

Sarah is an accredited CEDR mediator.
