Sara specialises in most aspects of corporate taxation and is Head of our tax practice.

Sara has extensive experience of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, demergers and corporate reconstructions. She also has considerable experience in structured finance, securitisation and leasing transactions. She has also been involved in advising on disputes with HMRC which have been settled following negotiation or which have proceeded to litigation.

Sara is named as a leading individual for 'Corporate Tax' in The Legal 500 and for Tax in Chambers UK, Chambers Global and Chambers Europe. She is also listed in the 'Corporate Tax' section of Legal Business’ 2011 'Legal Experts' publication and is recommended for Tax by PLC's 'Which Lawyer'.

Sara writes regularly for a number of tax publications and she is a frequent speaker at conferences.
