• Nordea on a tender offer for Midgaard CMBS Notes
• Telenor on cash tender offers to buy-back its international bonds
• FIG LLC on its acquisition of a European mortgage origination and securitisation platform and related financing
• Perry Capital on the liquidation of a multi-jurisdiction portfolio investment
• Citadel on the restructuring of its investment in Camaieu S.A.
• creditors in relation to their Lehman Bros. and Icelandic Bank exposures
• different tiers of lenders on restructurings of leveraged loan investments

He is listed as a leading individual in both the 'Capital Markets: Derivatives' and 'Capital Markets: Structured Finance' sections of Chambers UK, 2012  and Chambers Global, 2011; and also in the 'Securitisation' section of The Legal 500, 2011.

Sanjev is a member of various working groups established by ICMA, ISDA, FMLC and AFME.
