Peter's practice is principally focused on domestic and cross-border structured financing transactions with a particular focus on the financing of ships, aircraft and rail equipment, but also includes the structured financing of non-physical assets.
Peter is listed as a leading individual in the 'Asset Finance: Aviation Finance' section of Chambers UK, 2012 and in the 'Asset Finance' section of Chambers Global, 2011. He is also listed for 'Asset Finance and leasing' in The Legal 500, 2011.
Peter spent almost three years in our Paris office between 1984 and 1986.
