Peter acts for corporate clients, private equity houses and investment banks in relation to mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), equity capital markets and structured finance as well as advising a range of clients on general corporate matters (including joint ventures) and on large outsourcing arrangements.
Peter is listed as a leading individual in the 'Capital Markets: Equity' section of both Chambers UK, 2012 and Chambers Global, 2011. He is also mentioned in the 'Equity capital markets: UK' section of The Legal 500, 2011.
Peter is qualified in both Hong Kong and English law and has spent a number of years in our Hong Kong office.
