Paul is our Practice Partner with responsibility for the firm’s knowledge management and business development strategy. He works closely with our Senior Partner in developing the firm’s practice and in promoting our international strategy.

Paul is a corporate and securities lawyer and has been involved in a wide range of corporate and corporate finance transactions, including cross-border M&A, public takeovers, joint ventures, private equity transactions, privatisations, securities offerings and other financings. His principal practice area is acting on corporate transactions including M&A for financial institutions, particularly banks and asset managers.

He spent five years as a partner in our Hong Kong office from 1991 to 1996.
