Paul has been involved in a wide range of corporate and corporate finance transactions, including cross-border M&A, public takeovers, joint ventures, private equity transactions, privatisations, securities offerings and other financings. His principal practice area is acting on corporate transactions including M&A for financial institutions, particularly banks and asset managers.

He spent five years as a partner in our Hong Kong office from 1991 to 1996.

He is now our Practice Partner with responsibility for know-how, practice support and assisting our Senior Partner in developing the firm's practice domestically and internationally.
