Mark has always practised in the firm’s corporate group, principally concentrating on domestic and international corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and privatisations. He has a broad commercial practice and has worked on global equity offerings, flotations, public takeovers, private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, schemes of arrangement and rights issues.

Mark Horton worked as a partner in the firm's Hong Kong office and was a member of the Council of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
