Mark has a general corporate and banking practice and has extensive experience of a range of insurance work for both mutual and proprietary life companies, composites, brokers and managing agencies. He has also advised in relation to a number of large insurance transactions including demutualisations, insurance joint ventures and mergers.

He has conducted a wide range of international and domestic financial transactions. These include syndicated lending and other credit facilities, securitisations, project financings (particularly in the telecoms sector), capital markets and securities issues.
