  • Tata Steel on the sale of various assets and businesses, including its Specialty Steels business and Longs Steel UK
  • Tonstate Group on the sale of the London Metropole and Birmingham Metropole hotels
  • Withers LLP on its new London headquarters at 20 Old Bailey
  • Tottenham Hotspur in connection with its new stadium
  • Cabinet Office on the sale of Admiralty Arch
  • The Fishmongers' Company on the grant of an option to Christian Candy's CPC Group (CPC) to buy the freehold of Sugar Quay, London
  • Ropes & Gray LLP on its 45,000 sq. ft. London offices at 1 New Ludgate, London EC4
  • The Clothworkers' Company in connection with the redevelopment of 120 Fenchurch Street, London EC3
  • Ocado on its new 560,000 sq. ft. customer fulfilment centre at Erith in South East London
  • NTT Urban Development Corporation on the purchase, redevelopment and letting of 1 King William Street, the grant of a new long leasehold interest in 20 Finsbury Circus for £43 million and the sale of 265 The Strand for £80 million
  • Pembroke Real Estate on the acquisition of 1 Grafton Street, London W1 and on the subsequent £38.5 million financing. He previously acted for Pembroke on the acquisition of 41 Lothbury, London EC2
  • 5 Churchill Place L.P. on its purchase and associated £135m financing of 5 Churchill Place, Canary Wharf, London E14
