Jeanette's practice includes all direct taxes, stamp duties and value added tax with a strong focus on corporate tax. She has considerable experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, demergers and corporate reconstructions as well as structured finance transactions. Jeanette has also been involved in advising on disputes with HMRC.
