His recent work includes advising:

• Centrica on the sale of a 50% interest in three wind farms to TCW and related joint venture arrangements
• HM Treasury on credit crunch assignments relating to the Icelandic banks and the recapitalisation of the UK banking sector
• Legal & General on various matters including the takeover of Suffolk Life and acquisition of Nationwide Life and Nationwide Unit Trust Managers
• Minerva on the unsolicited offer by KiFin Limited
• Premier Oil on various matters including the acquisition of Oilexco North Sea Limited and related rights issue
• Talisman Energy on various transactions including its offer for Rift Oil and takeover of Paladin Resources
