Highlights include advising:

• EIB on the N4/N6, N8, N6 and N7/N8 Irish road PPP projects, the Newcastle Schools PPP Projects, the M80 and M25 UK Road Projects and the Southmead Hospital Project
• Lenders on the financing of Train1 of Egypt LNG’s facility at Idku in Egypt and as independent counsel to EIB on Train2 of the same project
• the Sponsors of the Egyptian Methanex methanol project
• MJ Maillis S.A. on the restructuring of its debt
• Banco Fomento Angola in connection with dual currency loans to the Government of Angola and associated credit and currency swaps

She also advises a number of corporate clients on financing matters generally, such as syndicated loans, note placements and the recovery of assets from insovent banks.
