Graham is a corporate tax specialist in our Tax department. His main areas of expertise are mergers and acquisitions (public, private, domestic and cross-border), structured finance, private equity, corporate reconstructions, and public debt and equity issues.

Highlights include advising:

• Kerling Plc, a subsidiary of INEOS, on the proposed acquisition Tessenderlo Group's (Brussels) chlor-vinyls business and assets in Belgium, France and The Netherlands for EUR 110 million in cash
• INEOS on a framework agreement with PetroChina to form a partnership in new trading and refining joint ventures related to the refining operations in Grangemouth (Scotland) and Lavéra (France)
• SAV Credit Limited and CC Asset Management Limited on their purchase of the Citi branded credit card portfolio in the UK from CitiFinancial Europe PLC and on the servicing arrangements with respect to the portfolio
• Ineos on establishing a polystyrene joint venture with BASF

Graham is listed as a leading individual in the Tax section of the 2012 edition of Chambers UK,  and the 2011 editions of Chambers Europe  and Chambers Global  and is recommended for Tax by PLC's  'Which Lawyer'. He is a member of the BVCA Tax Committee.
