David has experience in a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including project finance, asset finance and leasing, structured finance and general banking.

His project and asset finance work has included advising on domestic and cross-border transactions financing and refinancing infrastructure projects and the procurement of aircraft, shipping and other assets. He has also advised on corporate loans and other facilities of various types.

The structured finance transactions have included providing finance through a variety of debt and equity investments and/or derivatives.
