Charles has been involved in a wide range of commercial work, with emphasis on banking and capital markets transactions. This has included structured, lease and project finance, securitisations, de-mutualisations, securities offerings (both debt and equity), derivatives and other loan and general banking work.
Charles worked in our Hong Kong office from 1991 to 1995. Since his return to the UK, a significant part of his practice has concentrated on structured finance transactions, but has also focused on financial regulation.
