Andrew undertakes a broad range of corporate and corporate finance work. His practice consists principally of acting for corporate clients on domestic and international corporate finance and M&A transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, mergers and public takeovers, equity financings, joint ventures and restructurings.

He also advises generally on day-to-day company law and corporate governance matters and investment firms on the establishment and structuring of various investment products.

Andrew is Head of our Sport practice, counting football, in particular, as a specialist area.

Andrew is listed in Who’s Who Legal, 2010  for his work on corporate governance.
