The focus of our Paris office is English law.

We specialise in financing transactions and provide English law and transaction management support on corporate matters.

An even greater proportion of our work is now taken on jointly with Bredin Prat, particularly where there is a need for both English and French law on a transaction or specialist finance support on French law corporate transactions is required. However, we retain the ability to work independently of Bredin Prat for existing and new clients.

Our strengths remain, in particular:

• a bilingual and bicultural approach, often crucial to understanding the needs and realising the instructions of French and international clients
• lawyers with a breadth of training across a range of practice areas, while primarily focusing on finance work
• a full international service for the largest transactions, working in integrated teams with lawyers from our London, Brussels and Hong Kong offices and with the best independent law firms around the world with whom we have close working relationships
• a high level of personal service, where the client rather than the product comes first

We also work as an integrated team with our London office and the best independent law firms around the world on a broad range of financing transactions that involve French borrowers/guarantors and relevant French corporate law and security issues.
