Our key experience includes advising:

Standard Chartered on a US$3.3 billion placing of shares to fund the acquisition of Korea First Bank.

Moody's Corporation on its acquisition of a majority shareholding in PT Kasnic Credit Rating Indonesia.

YTL Power International on the acquisition of a 35% shareholding in PT Jawa Power, owner of a 1,220MW power station in Java, Indonesia, and 100% of PT Jawa Timur, the operator of the plant.
