Our key experience includes advising:
Fuji Electric in relation to the European Commission's investigation into an alleged cartel in the Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) sector, a case involving one of the largest set of fines (approximately EUR 750 million) imposed on a single cartel, and on an application to the CFI to appeal the Commission's decision.
