The Eurozone Crisis - an indicative approach to contingency planning

The recent EU summit appears to have provided no definitive solution to the ongoing crisis in the eurozone, which now seems likely to continue well into 2012. Commercial entities may take the view that now is an appropriate time to review how the crisis could impact their business.

This publication outlines an approach to contingency planning. It is intended to assist in the design of a due diligence and risk mitigation exercise relating to issues arising out of the crisis and  includes a high level contingency planning checklist.
