We have substantial expertise in the field of commercial judicial review. We have advised in respect of challenges to financial regulatory bodies, grants of media licences in contested judicial review proceedings, and also in relation to decisions of HMRC.

Our work includes advising governmental departments and agencies, regulatory authorities and other public bodies.

We are often asked to scrutinise and advise upon the potential for challenging administrative decisions, for example in the context of our strong regulatory investigations and inquiries practice.
