We handle class actions both in the UK, such as those regarding pharmaceutical drugs and asbestosis claims, and also abroad, particularly in the US. Recently we have advised on multi-state US class litigation in relation to products in the Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology and Healthcare industry.
