Arbitration

We have an extensive domestic and international arbitration practice. We advise our clients on a wide range of complex, high-value arbitrations, involving both English and foreign law, around the world.

We handle arbitrations conducted under the auspices of numerous arbitral bodies including the International Court of Arbitration ("ICA") and the London Court of International Arbitration ("LCIA"). We also advise on ad hoc arbitrations conducted under the rules of particular associations.

Our Hong Kong office has handled arbitrations under the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission ("CIETAC") rules in Beijing and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law ("UNCITRAL") and ICA rules in Hong Kong.
