We have a worldwide leading practice in equity capital markets, handling primary and secondary offerings throughout the world. Our expertise covers many different industry sectors where we act for issuers, underwriters and managers.

We have considerable experience advising on initial public offerings, rights issues, issues of convertible and exchangeable securities, placings, equity-derivatives, hedging and stabilisation of equity and equity-related products.

Many of our transactions involve the simultaneous offering and listing of securities in a number of jurisdictions, including Asia and Europe. Our significant expertise enables us to advise our clients on the increasingly complex financial law and regulation relating to cross-border securities offers.

Our Hong Kong office acts for both underwriters and state-owned or private owned corporates on some of the largest and most significant equity capital market transactions in the PRC and Hong Kong.
