EIB on credit facilities provided for construction of the N6 Galway and the M7/M8 Portlaoise Road; and on the expansion of the M25 and M80 Road in Scotland.

The lead managers and trustees on the loan and bond refinancing for the SCUT to Algarve shadow toll road in Portugal.

Royal Mail in relation to corporate, financing, regulatory and pension matters.
