Our considerable experience in the electricity, nuclear and renewables sector continues to develop and our work in this sector forms an integral part of our Infrastructure, Energy and Natural Resources practice. We have broad transaction expertise on power projects and transactions including: financing and investment, privatisation, regulatory advice and licensing, fuel supply contracts, power purchase and other offtake agreements, tolling arrangements and restructuring.

- generation - power generation projects and transactions including the construction, acquisition, disposal and financing of generating plant
- distribution and supply - a whole range of issues including the separation of the supply and distribution activities
- energy trading - sales and trading contracts and the associated network codes and settlement arrangements
