Alan teaching at the Kilimanjaro School project

We support the philanthropy of our employees through a number of initiatives including payroll giving and matched funding schemes.

Our Small Change Charity Fund is an employee-led initiative that selects up to three charities a year to be the beneficiaries of our ongoing fundraising activity and collections in the office. Charities are nominated and voted for by employees and the partnerships last for one year.

We also encourage our employees to support good causes at a strategic level by becoming charity trustees themselves. Slaughter and May is also actively involved in the School Governors' One Stop Shop, a highly successful charity that promotes school governor volunteering to corporate employees.

We are unable to accept unsolicited funding applications from schools, charities or individuals.
