Community

Around 40% of our staff are involved in our community programme. We focus on social inclusion, supporting our people in their charitable efforts and investing in our local community.

Our London office is in the borough of Islington, often mistaken for an affluent area, but which suffers from the second highest rate of child poverty in England. As one of the largest private employers in the area, we help the community on our doorstep and develop long term, strategic partnerships with local schools and charities. We support 11 local community partners and work directly with around 400 beneficiaries.
