Slaughter and May advised Kunshan Dongwei Technology on its Swiss GDR offering and listing

Slaughter and May, Hong Kong advised Kunshan Dongwei Technology Co., Ltd. on its global offering and listing of Global Depositary Receipts (“GDRs”) on the SIX Swiss Exchange, raising approximately US$104.8 million. Trading in the GDRs commenced on 13 June 2023.

Kunshan Dongwei is the largest manufacturer of printed circuit board (“PCB”) electroplating equipment in the world in terms of revenue in 2022 and is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
