Slaughter and May is advising Interserve Group Limited (Interserve) on its sale of the RMD Kwikform Group (RMDK Group), its global equipment services business, to the Altrad Group.
The RMDK Group provides specialist engineering solutions needed to deliver major infrastructure and building projects. It is headquartered in the West Midlands and employs over 1300 people around the world including in its core markets of the UK, India, Australia and the UAE.
The sale of the RMDK Group is part of the wider planned restructuring of Interserve, which has also included the sale of Interserve Support Services to Mitie Group PLC in 2020, which Slaughter and May also advised on.
Slaughter and May is supporting Interserve’s in-house legal team, led by David Crook (Corporate Counsel).
