Slaughter and May advised Halfords on its strategic partnership with specialist tyre distributor Bond International

Slaughter and May advised Halfords, the UK’s leading provider of motoring and cycling services and products, on its entry into a strategic partnership with specialist tyre distributor Bond International.

Halfords and Bond International have entered into a commercial agreement relating to the supply of warehousing, stock management and distribution services, which is expected to take effect before the end of Halfords’ financial year. In connection with entry into this commercial agreement, Slaughter and May also advised Halfords on the disposal of certain of its existing tyre supply operations to Bond International.

Slaughter and May worked closely with Halfords’ General Counsel, Tim O’Gorman, and Operations Director, Chris McShane.
