PricewaterhouseCoopers - redevelopment of One Embankment Place
Slaughter and May advised PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited on the proposed redevelopment of their premises at 1 Embankment Place, London. The redevelopment is to be undertaken in two stages, with PwC staff remaining in part occupation throughout the redevelopment works. The redevelopment is due to complete in August 2013. In addition to advising on the construction contract and professional appointments for the redevelopment, we assisted PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal LLP in relation to the re-negotiation of the long lease of 1 Embankment Place.
