Premier Foods - agreement to sell vinegar and sour pickles business to the Mizkan Group

Slaughter and May advised Premier Foods on the sale of its vinegar and sour pickles business, including the Sarson’s, Haywards and Dufrais brands, to the Mizkan Group for £41 million in cash.

The sale was announced on 15 June 2012 and completed on 30 July 2012.
