Nimax Theatres - leveraged finance acquisition of Palace Theatre

Slaughter and May advised Nimax Theatres Limited on its purchase of Palace Theatre London Limited from Really Useful Theatres Limited. The acquisition, which completed on 11th April 2012, adds the Palace Theatre to the Nimax Group's substantial portfolio of West End theatres, which includes the Lyric, the Apollo, the Garrick, the Duchess and the Vaudeville. Nimax Theatres Limited financed the acquisition with facilities from HSBC Bank plc secured against the Nimax Group's portfolio of theatres.

Macfarlanes advised Really Useful Theatres Limited and CMS Cameron McKenna advised HSBC Bank plc.
