Banco Santander - transfer of 4.41% of Santander Brazil
Slaughter and May advised Banco Santander on an agreement to transfer 4.41% of Santander Brazil to a major international financial institution who will deliver such shares upon exchange to holders of exchangeable bonds issued by Banco Santander in October 2010.
