Zodiac Aerospace - Agreement to acquire Contour Aerospace
Slaughter and May, working as an integrated team with Bredin Prat, advised Zodiac Aerospace SA on its agreement to acquire Contour Aerospace Limited, a manufacturer of seats and cabin interiors for aircraft, from PAIG Investments Limited for an undisclosed sum. PAIG Investments is an investment vehicle controlled by the RBS Special Opportunities Fund.
The acquisition was announced on 13 December 2011.
