Travis Perkins - Disposal of retail sites
Slaughter and May has advised Travis Perkins PLC on five separate transactions for the disposal of a total of 17 retail sites. Grafton Merchanting GB Limited has acquired 15 sites and Wolseley UK Limited and Plumbstop Limited have acquired one each. Travis Perkins is a leading supplier in the UK building and construction industry.
The disposal process followed Travis Perkins PLC's acquisition of the BSS Group PLC in 2010 and a subsequent ruling by the Office of Fair Trading.
