Santander UK and Holmes Master Issuer - Issue of notes under Holmes Residential Mortgage-Backed Note Issuance Programme
Slaughter and May advised Holmes Master Issuer plc in respect of the issue of US$3.25 billion and over £330 million 2011-3 Notes in 6 different classes under its Residential Mortgage-Backed Note Issuance Programme (the "Programme"). The 2011-3 Notes were comprised of dollar, euro and sterling denominated notes.
Slaughter and May also advised Santander UK plc in its capacity as sponsor, seller, servicer, cash manager and originator under the Programme.
US law advice was provided by Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Scottish law advice was provided by Tods Murray LLP. Allen & Overy LLP acted for the dealers.
