The vendor was King William Property Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, who was acting by its LPA receivers, GVA.

NTT Urban Development Corporation is a listed subsidiary of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, one of the world's largest telecoms companies with listing on the Tokyo, London and New York stock exchanges. This is NTT's second property acquisition in London, following its purchase of a prime West End London office asset in autumn 2009.
