MTR Corporation - Project Agreement for the Kwun Tong Line (Extension)
Slaughter and May advised MTR Corporation Limited in relation to a Project Agreement with the Hong Kong Government for the financing, design, construction and operation of the Kwun Tong Line Extension. The Kwun Tong Line (Extension) is an extension of the existing Kwun Tong Line from Yau Mai Tei to Whampoa with an intermediate station at Ho Man Tin. The estimated capital cost for the construction of the Kwun Tong Line (Extension) is HK$5.3 billion.
