Lonza Group - Financing for proposed acquisition of Arch Chemicals
Slaughter and May is acting for Lonza, one of the world's leading suppliers to the pharmaceutical, healthcare and life science industries, on the financing of its proposed acquisition of Arch Chemicals, a global biocides company listed on the NYSE.
Lonza's tender offer, which was announced on 11 July 2011, will be fully debt financed and values Arch Chemicals at approximately USD 1,400,000,000.
