JSM Indochina - Disposal of Cambodia Portfolio
Slaughter and May, working as an integrated team with DFDL, advised JSM Indochina Ltd on the proposed sale of all of its Cambodian assets to Hongkong Land (Singapore) Pte Limited. The sale is comprised of two separate disposals, for an aggregate consideration of $35.65 million.
The disposals, which were announced on 07 April and 13 April, are conditional on obtaining necessary consents from the Cambodian authorities.
