ITV - Extension of its SDN pension partnership
Slaughter and May advised ITV on the extension of the SDN pension partnership which was originally agreed between ITV and the Trustees of the main section of the ITV Pension Scheme in 2010 to reduce the funding deficit. As a result of the extension, the value of the partnership interest held by the ITV Pension Scheme has been increased by £50 million to £200 million in total.
