ISS - Extension and amendment of existing facilities

  • 29 June 2011

Slaughter and May advised ISS, one of the world's leading facilities services companies, on the successful extension of certain tranches of its DKK 25.5 billion Senior Facilities Agreement (SFA) and amendments to those facilities which were aimed at increasing the operational flexibility of the ISS Group and taking into account the significantly increased size of the group since the original SFA was entered into in 2005. The extension and amendment process also required amendments to the security package underpinning the SFA which spans 23 jurisdictions. In a similar way to the work undertaken on the recently postponed IPO, Slaughter and May worked in an integrated team with firms around the world, including Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Gorrissen Federspiel.
