INEOS - European competition aspects of joint venture with PetroChina
Slaughter and May advised INEOS, a chemicals company, on the European competition aspects of its joint venture with PetroChina International (London) Company Limited, valued at approximately EUR 1.5 billion. The transaction was unconditionally cleared by the European Commission on 13 May 2011.
Slaughter and May also coordinated competition filings in China and Switzerland.
