Friends Life Group - Amendment and restatement of £500 million multi-currency revolving credit facility
Slaughter and May advised Friends Life Group plc in connection with the amendment and restatement of its £500 million multi-currency revolving credit facility, including the substitution of Friends Provident Life and Pensions Limited as guarantor in place of Friends Life FPG Limited. Barclays Capital, HSBC Bank plc, Royal Bank of Canada and the Royal Bank of Scotland plc are party to the facility as arrangers, and the facility is available for the general corporate purposes of the Friends Provident group.
